In a lot of evaluation systems we use now, pupils or parents even teachers hardly understand the real progress. When everybody is paying attention to the scores, grades, instead of the real learning itself, pupils can become either over-competitive or lose their confidence in future learning. Christine presents her thoughts on how to improve the evaluation system and how a personalised way could bring more potential out of each kid.

Christine has worked in Education for over 10 years. She grew up in Belfast, Northern Ireland, during the conflict known as the troubles. It was here that she learned the value of a good education, through the work of dedicated professionals who sought to inspire a community of young people to move beyond their circumstances and achieve more.
